Professional Report Writing for Security Personnel

Your report is your reputation. Learn how to write clearly, professionally, and with confidence.

This course teaches security professionals how to properly document incidents, observations, and daily activities in a way that is accurate, detailed, and legally sound. Clear report writing is a critical skill in the security industry—and often the difference between being seen as average or professional.

Students will learn how to organize information, avoid common mistakes, and write reports that stand up to review by supervisors, clients, and legal professionals.

De-Escalation Class

Control the situation without escalating it. This course trains you to read behavior, communicate under pressure, and de-escalate conflict before it turns physical.

Chemical Spray (OC) Training – Level 1

Learn the safe and effective use of chemical spray (OC) for personal protection and professional security use. This course covers proper handling, legal considerations, deployment techniques, and real-world application to help you respond confidently when needed.

Chemical Spray (OC) Training – Level 2 (Advanced)

CPR & First Aid Certification

Lead Instructor

Randall Simpson

Randall Simpson is the Lead Instructor at Black Flag Security Academy, bringing disciplined leadership, real-world military experience, and a strong commitment to developing others.

As an Army Military Police veteran, Randall built his foundation in structure, accountability, and situational awareness—skills he now applies to training the next generation of security professionals. His instruction focuses on practical readiness, professionalism, and the mindset required to operate effectively in real-world environments.

In addition to his military background, Randall is currently pursuing his calling in ministry through seminary. This journey strengthens the character, integrity, and purpose he brings into the classroom—emphasizing not just skill, but responsibility, discipline, and leadership.

A dedicated husband and father of six, Randall leads by example both at home and in training.

At Black Flag Security Academy, his mission is to ensure every student leaves better prepared, more confident, and ready to carry themselves as professionals in the field.
