Church Services & Consulting
A Calling, Not Just a Service
My name is Courtney Simpson, founder of Black Flag Security, and this part of our work is not just business—it is deeply personal. It is a calling.
Over time, I began to recognize something that went beyond contracts, clients, and operations. As I worked with churches and ministry leaders, helping them build and strengthen their security teams, I felt something different in my spirit. What started as simply “providing a service” became something much greater—God placed a burden on my heart.
I realized that protecting the house of God and the people who gather within it is not just important—it is sacred.
Scripture reminds us in Nehemiah 4:9:
“But we prayed to our God and posted a guard day and night to meet this threat.”
This verse reflects the balance we are called to live in: faith and action. Prayer and preparation. Trust in God—and stewardship of what He has entrusted to us.
That is where this mission was born.

A Ministry Through Service
Church security is not about fear—it is about stewardship, awareness, and love. It is about creating an environment where people can worship freely, without distraction, and without concern.
For me, this has become a ministry.
This work is no longer something I simply offer—it is something I feel called to do.
Because of that, I have made a decision:
Church Services & Consulting are offered on a Love Offering basis.
As Scripture says in 1 Peter 4:10:
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
I believe the knowledge, experience, and training I’ve been given are gifts—and they are meant to serve the Kingdom.
A Commitment to Serve
This is not a sales offering.
This is not a program.
This is a commitment.
A commitment to stand alongside churches, equip their teams, and help them build something that reflects both excellence and faith.
If a church is in a position to give, that is a blessing.
If not, that is perfectly alright as well—because this calling is not based on what a church can afford, but on the need to serve and protect God’s people.
As Colossians 3:23 reminds us:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.”
That is the standard I bring into every church I serve.
