Our CEO, Courtney, is an exceptional leader who brings a unique blend of experience, trustworthiness, and fun to our company. Driven by her passion for revolutionizing the industry, she has a proven track record of success and a strong background in security, which she uses to keep our company and clients safe. Her innovative outlook on business and her "employee-first" mindset have created a culture of excellence and collaboration, inspiring our team to achieve their best.
Under Mrs. Simpson's leadership, our company is soaring to new heights. Her strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills are propelling us towards success. With her at the helm, we know we can reach our full potential and create a lasting impact on the industry.
Mrs. Simpson resides in the Memphis, Tennessee, area with her husband of 17 years and their 6 children and is a member of Restoration Church in Munford, Tennessee. Her dedication to God, family, and community inspires us all. We are proud to have her as our CEO and look forward to seeing all the amazing things she will accomplish in the future.
MARK CARDONA
Chief Financial Officer/Chaplian
Meet Mark Cardona - a confident and accomplished leader who has significantly impacted the world. With over 29 years of Christian ministry experience, Mark has pastored churches across the United States and in Australia. He and his wife, Jana, also established and operated a highly successful Business Network International (BNI) franchise for 22 years and are members of New Hope Church. As a skilled and inspiring speaker, Mark has delivered powerful speeches to audiences worldwide, teaching thousands the value of word-of-mouth marketing. Today, Mark is focused on transforming the security industry by working with Black Flag Security. His unwavering commitment to excellence and his passion for service make him a highly sought-after asset to any organization. With his wife, Jana, and their family by his side, Mark is ready to take on any challenge and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Chief Operating Officer
Christina Lindsey
Christina Lindsey is a dynamic and accomplished leader, boasting over 20 years of extensive experience in leading and developing exceptional teams across various industries. Renowned for her sense of humor and collaborative spirit, she cultivates an engaging and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and drives innovation among her colleagues.
Her passion for enhancing team dynamics and empowering individuals to realize their full potential makes her a highly respected and valued leader at Black Flag.
In addition to her professional achievements, Christina is a dedicated mother of two and has been happily married 17 years, skillfully balancing her personal and professional responsibilities with poise.
Director of Sales
Camron Reed
Camron Reed is the Director of Sales for Black Flag Security. He brings over five years of expertise in the security sector and six years in corrections. With an extensive background in law enforcement, Camron is dedicated to providing top-tier security solutions and service excellence.
Hailing from the small town of Ripley, Tennessee, Camron is a proud father of two daughters and a devoted fiance. A member of Prince Hall Freemasonry, he cherishes quality time with his family, teaching his daughters the fundamentals of marksmanship, and perfecting his grilling skills, and will one day sit on the throne as the king of dad jokes.
Deputy Director of Training
Randall Simpson
Randall Simpson is the Deputy Director of Training at Black Flag Security, LLC,
where he leads instruction in Pistol Safety, Armed and Unarmed Security, Chemical
Defense Spray, and Active Shooter response. A U.S. Army veteran who served as a
Military Police Officer, Randall began his journey in public safety in 2007 and has
remained committed to empowering others through education and preparedness.
He holds multiple certifications, including NRA Pistol Safety Instructor, Tennessee
Department of Safety Certified Handgun Instructor, Tennessee State Certified
Armed Security Instructor, and A.V.E.R.T. Active Shooter Response Instructor. His
passion for teaching began during his military service and continues to shape his
approach to training today.
Outside of his professional life, Randall is a devoted follower of Christ, a husband of
17 years, and proud father to six wonderfully unique children. Before entering the
public safety field, he spent a decade as a certified professional chef, often sharing
his love of cooking with friends, coworkers, and family.
Director of Operations
Alex Mink
Alex brings more than a decade of threat assessment and security enforcement experience and training to our team through his time with the United States Army which included a fifteen-month deployment to Iraq, where he took part in foot and vehicle patrols daily. He started his military career in 2005 and retired from the Army in 2015, after serving with honor and dignity. Alex joined Black Flag Security as an Armed Security Officer in 2023 and provided security as an officer for numerous locations and events for us before being promoted to the Director of Operations position.
Originally from Michigan, Alex, his wife, and his son moved to the Mid-South shortly after he retired from the Army, buying a house and putting down roots in the Memphis area. He brings a unique perspective to his position, as his belief in maintaining a positive and productive connection between our Officers and our Leadership Team sits at the core of his work.
Director of Training
Todd Pease
Black Flag Security LLC is proud to have Todd Pease to our team as the Director of Training Division. Todd brings with him over thirty years of valuable experience in Law Enforcement. He began his career in 1987 in Southeast Louisiana and served on numerous specialized units that honed his skills and expertise in the field. During his years of service, Todd also completed his Masters of Science from LSU, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
As the Director of our Training Division, Todd is responsible for developing and implementing training programs that are designed to equip our team with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver top-quality security services to our clients.
Todd lives with his beautiful wife out in the Millington area and is proud dad and grandfather.

Tracey Pease
Tracey is a dedicated professional with over 25 years of experience, bringing a fun spirit to everything she does. As a woman of God, she is driven by her faith and values, ensuring that every task is approached with integrity and detailed precision. Her passion for her work and commitment to excellence make her a trusted and inspiring figure. Tracey's vibrant personality and unwavering passion make her a joy to work with.
She is a loving wife and mother of 3 with 11 amazing grandchildren.
