Our CEO, Courtney, is an exceptional leader who brings a unique blend of experience, trustworthiness, and fun to our company. Driven by her passion for revolutionizing the industry, she has a proven track record of success and a strong background in security, which she uses to keep our company and clients safe. Her innovative outlook on business and her "employee-first" mindset have created a culture of excellence and collaboration, inspiring our team to achieve their best.

 

Under Mrs. Simpson's leadership, our company is soaring to new heights. Her strategic vision and exceptional leadership skills are propelling us towards success. With her at the helm, we know we can reach our full potential and create a lasting impact on the industry.

 

Mrs. Simpson resides in the Memphis, Tennessee, area with her husband of 17 years and their 6 children and is a member of Restoration Church in Munford, Tennessee. Her dedication to God, family, and community inspires us all. We are proud to have her as our CEO and look forward to seeing all the amazing things she will accomplish in the future.

MARK CARDONA

Chaplain/Partner

Meet Mark Cardona - a confident and accomplished leader who has significantly impacted the world. With over 29 years of Christian ministry experience, Mark has pastored churches across the United States and in Australia. He and his wife, Jana, also established and operated a highly successful Business Network International (BNI) franchise for 22 years and are members of New Hope Church. As a skilled and inspiring speaker, Mark has delivered powerful speeches to audiences worldwide, teaching thousands the value of word-of-mouth marketing. Today, Mark is focused on transforming the security industry by working with Black Flag Security. His unwavering commitment to excellence and his passion for service make him a highly sought-after asset to any organization. With his wife, Jana, and their family by his side, Mark is ready to take on any challenge and deliver results that exceed expectations.

Christina Lindsey
Chief Operating Officer

​Christina Lindsey serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing over 20 years of leadership and administrative expertise to the organization. Known for her strong operational insight and ability to streamline processes, Christina plays a critical role in ensuring efficiency, structure, and continued growth across all areas of the business.

Her leadership style is grounded in integrity, organization, and a people-first approach, making her a trusted force behind the company’s day-to-day success and long-term vision.

Outside of her professional achievements, Christina is a devoted wife of 17 years and proud mother to an incredible daughter who is a veteran. Her commitment to family, service, and leadership is reflected in everything she does, both personally and professionally.

Alex Mink
Director of Operations

Alex Mink serves as Director of Operations, bringing a decade of military experience and a results-driven mindset to the organization. As a 10-year Army veteran, Alex embodies discipline, resilience, and a commitment to excellence in everything he does.

He is known for his ability to lead with strength and accountability, consistently implementing the principles of extreme ownership to drive performance, efficiency, and team cohesion. Alex plays a vital role in executing operations with precision while fostering a culture built on trust, responsibility, and high standards.

Outside of his professional role, Alex is a dedicated husband of 15 years and a proud father to his son. His commitment to family and service reflects the same values he brings to the team every day.

Randall Simpson
Lead Trainer

Randall Simpson serves as Lead Trainer for Black Flag Academy, bringing a powerful blend of military discipline, mentorship, and purpose-driven leadership to every aspect of training. A proud Army Military Police veteran, he draws on real-world experience to develop individuals who are not only skilled but confident, accountable, and mission-ready.

His leadership style is both welcoming and commanding—creating an environment where students feel supported while being pushed to reach their highest potential. He is deeply committed to shaping not just capable professionals, but strong individuals with integrity and discipline. Currently pursuing his calling in ministry, Randall is in school to become a pastor, further reflecting his dedication to service, guidance, and personal growth.

Outside of his professional role, he is a devoted husband of 17 years and a proud father of six. His commitment to faith, family, and leadership is evident in both his personal life and the impact he makes within Black Flag Academy.

Tracey Pease
Executive Assistant

Tracey Pease serves as Executive Assistant, bringing a strong administrative background and a disciplined work ethic shaped by her experience within the prison system. Her ability to manage complex responsibilities with precision, discretion, and efficiency makes her an essential part of the organization’s daily operations.

Tracey is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to supporting leadership and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Her experience in high-demand, structured environments has equipped her with the skills to stay organized, adaptable, and focused under pressure.

​

Outside of her professional role, Tracey is happily married and a proud mother of two, as well as a grandmother to six. Her dedication to family mirrors the care, commitment, and strength she brings to the team every day.
